How do I secure my booking?

A booking deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total package. As your date is reserved exclusively for you, the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your session.

Are there any additional costs?

Your chosen package is your final price, with no hidden costs. Additional images, RAW files, prints, extra time or other products are completely optional and will only be charged if you choose to add them.

Do you provide RAW images?

Individual or partial RAW files are not available. If you would like the full RAW gallery, it can be purchased for $500.

RAW files are only delivered once your final edited gallery has been completed and received.

How do I confirm my date and time?

Please confirm your chosen date and time with me directly before booking. The availability shown on the online calendar may not always reflect my real-time availability.

Do I need to have my hair and makeup done?

Hair and makeup are not included, so please arrive camera-ready.

If we’re shooting at one of my pre-booked locations, there may be limited space or time for a hair and makeup artist to set up. If you’re booking your own location, you’re very welcome to have your hair and makeup artist join you there — completely up to you.

How do locations work?

I offer access to beautiful pre-booked locations on selected dates throughout the year.

Boutique hotels and studios can also be arranged specifically for your session as a location add-on, subject to availability. You’re also welcome to book your own location, and I’m happy to help you find something that suits your vision.

Can I reschedule my session?

Absolutely. Life happens. If you need to move your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Your booking deposit can be transferred to a new date within 3 months, subject to availability.

How long is my session?

Sessions are scheduled for 1 -2 hours.

If you’d like to continue beyond your scheduled time, additional time can be added on the day, subject to availability, at $500 per additional hour. Additional time must be paid for before we continue shooting.

How much direction will I receive?

Plenty! You don’t need modelling experience or to know how to pose.

I’ll guide you through movement, posing and expression throughout the session, while leaving space for things to unfold naturally.

How are my images selected?

I carefully curate your gallery to include the strongest images from your session.

Not every photograph taken will be delivered. Duplicates, test shots and images that don’t meet my quality standards are removed as part of the curation process.

What does your retouching include?

My retouching focuses on natural skin refinement, subtle and natural body contouring, and the removal of small distractions, while retaining what makes you look like yourself.

If you have specific retouching preferences, please let me know before editing begins so we can make sure we’re aligned. Requests made after editing has commenced may require additional time or cost.

Can I request changes to the editing?

By booking, you acknowledge that you’re familiar with and trust my editing style, including my approach to colour, skin, contrast and artistic interpretation. Minor retouching requests may be considered, but re-editing an entire gallery based on a change in personal preference or aesthetic direction isn’t included.

When will I receive my images?

Your private proof gallery will arrive within 2 weeks of your session.

Once you’ve made your selections, your final edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks.

Prints and physical products will follow shortly after, beautifully wrapped and presented with care.

How long are my images kept?

Final galleries are archived for 6 months.

Please make sure you download and safely back up your images within this period.

Will you share my images?

I may share images from your session on my website, social media or in print to showcase my work.

If you’d prefer your session to remain private, please let me know before your shoot so we can confirm this in writing.

Can I use my images commercially?

Your images are yours to treasure and share for personal use.

Any commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

What happens if I’m running late?

Please arrive on time and ready to shoot. Your session time is reserved specifically for you, so time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended or refunded.

What if I’m nervous?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to know how to pose, and you certainly don’t need to arrive feeling confident in front of the camera.

I’ll guide you throughout the session and create space for you to settle in, find your rhythm and feel comfortable.

What if something unexpected happens?

Every care is taken to make your session run smoothly. In the rare event of circumstances outside my control — such as illness, severe weather or technical issues — I’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not offered once images have been delivered.

What do you expect from clients?

A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times.

Any behaviour that makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable may result in the session being ended immediately, without refund.
